Weiran Ye 叶蔚苒 (b.1999)

叶蔚苒 (Weiran Ye) 艺术家，1999 年出生于中国，目前生活工作于意大利。叶蔚苒本科就读于四川美术学院 ，研究生就读于意大利布雷拉美术学院 。她擅长通过不同材料进行创作，在探索材料语言的同时寻找不同材料间的关系。叶蔚苒的作品主要以行为艺术、大地艺术、装置及雕塑呈现。她的作品大多基于其对现实的直接再现结合她自身个体经验、情感体验交织的表达。此外，叶蔚苒将持续研究东西方文化的差异，并以此作为研究的对象。

Weiran Ye is an artist born in 1999 in China, currently based in Italy. Weiran Ye received her undergraduate degree from the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and her postgraduate degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Brela, Italy. She specializes in working with different materials, exploring the language of materials while searching for relationships between them. Weiran's works are mainly performance art, earth art, installations and sculptures. Most of her works are based on her direct reproduction of reality, combined with her own personal experience and emotions. In addition, she continues to explore the differences between Eastern and Western cultures as an object of study.
